If Geno Bisconte was a real comic he could handle a heckler

If you are going to call yourself a comic.. have comebacks, quips an ability to do improv or to write comedy. Have something more than a ten-year-old stand-up routine... have insightful comments rather than the most obvious takes on current events. There are funny people who are born funny and then there are those who are amusing but want the full-time spotlight and attention that is not earned. Geno is the first person to pat himself on the back. Geno will manage to make everything about Geno. Fine. At least be funny while doing it instead of always sounding like a wounded spirit crying in the corner... trying to rally less intelligent people as a way to ease your fears and insecurities. Watching Geno 'perform' on a podcast or a show is like watching Stuart Smalley another fictional character (created and performed by comedian and satirist Al Franken) Geno is basically stuck in a "Daily Affirmations" type show as he drinks himself to a death after a long life of failed superficial relationships. One time I was talking to one of the studio booth guys at Sullivans and they told me: "I respect Geno, but I don't like him. He's good at what he does like Roy Cohn." --- That's what a co-worker thinks of him - compares him to Roy Cohn. And we all know how hilarious Roy Cohn was. Infact, looking at Roy Cohn is looking at Geno's true self - his spirit and soul.
